Luang Prabang regional workshop promotes rural education

VIENTIANE (Vientiane Times/ANN) – Southeast Asia Ministers of Education Organisation Regional Centre for Community Education Development (SEAMEO CED) held a workshop in collaboration with DVV International and Luang Prabang provincial authorities to promote education.

The workshop on education for rural communities, held in Luang Prabang province recently, was aimed at promoting education and learning for building sustainable livelihoods, in line with the Sustainable Development Goal No 4 on “ensuring inclusive and equitable quality education and promoting lifelong learning”, according to a statement from SEAMEO CED.
